Disabled Cobalt Theme

Hi again everyone!

We've recently made a few adjustments to the overall look and feel of the site. Some of the changes are visible .... and some are a bit more "behind the scenes". All of the changes make the site operate more efficiently.

One of the most notable of these changes, especially to a few members, will no doubt be the removal of the Cobalt Theme option. We truly apologize for any inconvenience, but there were just so few members using this profile theme, it just didn't make sense that we continue to support it.

All Cobalt profile themes have been transferred to the Flashback profile theme, a wonderfully flexible theme in its own right.
